40 people company, customer support. i was applying for associate PM and getting nothing. not even a rejection, just silence.
what i did was sit with 2 PMs at work and write up 3 real tickets - one churn thing, one billing bug, one feature people kept asking for. dumped it on a public notion. in the next interviews i just talked through those, not some google pm course.
11 interviews later i got an offer at a series A. not a dream company. but it's a product role. if you're in support/ops and going crazy, write about the product you already see. that's it. no other hack.

I was in support for 1.5 years. recruiters would not even look.

yeah this. i tell juniors the same. one writeup of a real ticket > 5 certificates. people actually open the notion on the call.
