We're looking for an owner, someone who can run marketing campaigns end-to-end, plan and execute social media and content strategy from scratch, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on a daily basis. If you think like a marketer, design like a creative, and move fast, this is for you. **What You'll Own** - Plan, build, and run marketing campaigns from concept to execution, independently - Drive social media content strategy and calendar across platforms (marketing, brand, product) - Create and edit video content and creative assets that move the needle - Generate high-quality content at speed using AI tools - Work directly with the founder daily, initiating ideas, not just executing them - Take campaigns from zero to launch without hand-holding
