This is not a maintenance role — you will be involved in designing, developing, and scaling a core platform for career guidance and assessment. You will work closely with the founding team to translate business vision into a functional, scalable application. * * * **What You’ll Work On** - Build and scale a full-stack web/mobile application - Develop systems for psychometric assessments and reporting - Integrate AI/ML models for career recommendations and insights - Design user flows for students, counselors, and admins - Create dashboards, analytics, and data-driven features - Ensure performance, scalability, and clean architecture * * * **Key Responsibilities** - End-to-end product development (frontend + backend) - Translate product ideas into technical architecture - Build AI-assisted psychometric testing and recommendation systems - Work with datasets to improve personalization and outputs - Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy * * *
