We develop enterprise-grade applications that support complex operational workflows, lifecycle management, workforce productivity, and business visibility. ### Role Overview We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who enjoys solving complex business and operational challenges through thoughtful design. This role is focused on enterprise software products—not marketing websites, e-commerce platforms, or consumer applications. You will design experiences for: - Asset Management Systems - Operations & Maintenance Platforms - Work Order Management - Enterprise Dashboards - Workflow Automation - Knowledge Management Systems - Decision Support Applications - Enterprise Collaboration Platforms You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences. ### Key Responsibilities ### Product Design - Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to implementation. - Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. - Build scalable design systems and reusable components. - Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. ### User Experience - Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation. - Develop personas, journey maps, and workflow models. - Identify opportunities to improve usability, productivity, and operational efficiency. ### Design Systems - Maintain and evolve the product design system. - Define reusable patterns, components, and interaction standards. - Ensure consistency across all products and modules. ### Collaboration - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams. - Participate in product discovery, design reviews, and sprint planning. - Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design quality in production. ### Prototyping - Create interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews. - Design dashboard experiences and workflow-driven applications. - Support concept validation and new product initiatives. ### Skills We Look For
