Role Overview We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze operational and product data to generate insights, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision making across teams. This role provides an opportunity to work with large real-world datasets and contribute directly to improving enterprise mobility and commute operations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Create dashboards and reports to support operational, product, and business teams. • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from internal databases. • Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analysis. • Support the creation of KPIs and metrics for monitoring business and product performance. • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports. • Assist in building automated reporting workflows where applicable. • Present findings and insights in a clear and structured manner.
