**The Role** We are looking for a **Senior MERN Stack Developer** who still enjoys coding and building products. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will architect, develop, and take ownership of our platforms while leading interns and coordinating with third-party technology partners. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond development and understands products, business, and entrepreneurship. **Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end MERN stack development. - Build scalable frontend and backend applications. - Design and manage APIs and system integrations. - Work across web and mobile platforms. - Contribute to Web3 and blockchain-related initiatives. - Take ownership of product delivery and technical quality. - Mentor interns and junior developers. - Coordinate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and external service providers. - Work closely with founders on product strategy and execution.
