Backed by investors like Blume Ventures, Sequoia Surge, Beenext, and Rainmatter. **About the role** We are looking for a Product Designer with a user-centric mindset, passion for growth and attention to detail to join our Product team and champion design excellence through the product development lifecycle. You will lead the research, performing usability testing with our users and creating interface design to deliver robust solutions to complex problems. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team with Product Owners and Engineers. **What you'll do:** ● Assist in leading the vision for user experience as design leader on cross-functional product teams by defining product strategy and conduct research to create impactful solutions ● Conduct user research that validates UI/UX feature prioritization ● Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and validation of the user experience ● Leverage product analytics to continuously iterate and improve user experience ● From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail ● Talk to users and understand what problems they are facing, their needs, and the feasibility of our solutions ● Bring your own experience and help us create efficient processes for scaling product design throughout the company **What you'll bring:** ● You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment ● An online portfolio with focus on UI, UX and IA for web and mobile technologies ● Experience with user research and feedback analysis ● An eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational skills ● Product design experience at an enterprise SaaS or web applications business ● Proven ability to turn complex product design problems into intuitive solutions ● Strong UX focus and knowledge of research frameworks ● You have shown great creativity in designing and shipping products that people use ● Ability to take ownership of the full design process **Why you'll love Procol** ● Work on one of fastest-growing start-up with the potential to influence an enormous market and positively impact millions of people ● Collaborate with dynamic and passionate peers across the company, who will challenge and stimulate you every day ● Build and earn ownership of a key part of our business while working directly with the company's leadership team ● Get advance salaries every month ● Employee health insurance covered by us ● Competitive salary and benefits Procol is an equal opportunity employer and we believe diversity is key to our success.
