We're a startup in growth mode, scaling quickly and aiming high. **We're growing fast, and we want sharp, creative people who want to grow with us and help build something big.** **The Role** We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a premium eye. This is a high-output, design-led role at the heart of our creative engine. You'll shape the brand across our store, our ads, our emails, and our social, keeping SWATI premium while always designing to convert. **What You'll Do** - Premium banners: homepage and collection banners across desktop and mobile, built to feel luxurious and convert. - Paid social statics: scroll-stopping static ads for Meta in 9:16 and 1:1, with strong hooks, clear CTAs, and D2C best practice. - Email and CRM visuals: on-brand graphics and layouts that support our flows and retention. - Social graphics: carousels, story templates, and post visuals for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. - Brand consistency: every asset unmistakably SWATI, across paid and organic, campaign and always-on. - Iteration and testing: A/B test visuals and formats, and use performance data to keep leveling up.
