UX UI Designer

Triplespeed

₹1 to ₹80,000

**About the job** Design high-performing user experiences for some of the fastest-scaling consumer apps in the world. We are looking for a high-performing UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing consumer app studio. As a UX/UI Designer, you will design intuitive, high-converting interfaces across mobile and web consumer apps—owning everything from onboarding and paywalls to core product flows and monetization surfaces. You will play a central role in shaping how millions of users experience our products and directly influence conversion rates, retention, and revenue across multi-million-dollar consumer apps. If you love designing clean, fast, conversion-optimized interfaces, understand user psychology, and want to work in a results-driven environment with massive upside—this is for you. ⸻ **About Triplespeed** Triplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that’s profitable, scaling multiple consumer brands to $10M+ per year in revenue, and growing rapidly month-over-month. We build direct-to-consumer apps at speed—and we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who wants to own the look, feel, and performance of products used by millions of users worldwide. ⸻ **Key Responsibilities** - Design end-to-end UX/UI for consumer apps across mobile and web. - Own high-impact flows such as onboarding, paywalls, subscriptions, upsells, checkout, and account management. - Design with conversion rate optimization (CRO) in mind—balancing clarity, trust, urgency, and emotion. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ship fast and iterate aggressively. - Translate product requirements, funnels, and hypotheses into clear wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. - Continuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior, and experiment results. - Create scalable design systems and reusable components to support rapid product iteration. - Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure consistency between ads, landing pages, and in-app experiences. - Contribute to A/B testing strategy through design variations and UX experiments. - (Future) Grow into a senior / lead designer role owning multiple products or mentoring junior designers. ⸻ **Who Can Apply** 1. Designers with 1–5 years of UX/UI design experience (consumer apps, DTC, fintech, or SaaS preferred). 2. Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and modern UI patterns. 3. Designers who think in funnels, flows, and user journeys—not just screens. 4. Experience designing conversion-focused interfaces (onboarding, checkout, subscriptions, upsells). 5. Highly detail-oriented designers who can move fast, iterate often, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. 6. Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. ⸻ **Preferred / Bonus Experience** 1. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or e-commerce-style flows. 2. Prior work on subscription-based products, fintech apps, or marketplaces. 3. Experience designing game interfaces or gamified systems (levels, rewards, progress, streaks, currencies) is a strong bonus. 4. Familiarity with A/B testing and design experimentation. 5. Ability to interpret product metrics and user behavior into design improvements. ⸻ **Tools & Skills** - Figma (required) - Mobile UX/UI design (iOS & Android) - Design systems & component libraries - Prototyping (interactive flows) - Strong visual hierarchy, typography, and layout skills - Understanding of user psychology and behavioral design - Bonus: Experience with game UI, motion, or micro-interactions
