### Design products people want to use in real life Unreal Urban builds technology that brings people, communities and cities together. Our first flagship product, **Falorin**, is a live web and mobile platform for discovering, creating and joining real-world experiences. We are looking for a hands-on **Founding Product / UX Designer** to make Falorin clearer, more useful and more delightful at every step—from first discovery to creating or joining an experience. You will help turn real user behaviour and community insight into simple, high-quality product experiences. This is an early-stage, equity-based collaboration; there is no cash salary at this stage. Equity will be discussed transparently with strong candidates based on scope, commitment and contribution. ### What you'll do - Own end-to-end product and UX design for Falorin across web and mobile. - Turn user research, feedback and behavioural data into flows, prototypes and polished interfaces. - Simplify the critical journeys: discovery, onboarding, creation, joining and returning. - Work directly with founders, engineering and growth to prioritise the highest-impact product improvements. - Help establish a flexible design system that can support future Unreal Urban products.
