This is a hands-on, mentorship-driven role where you’ll work on real projects, create designs using Figma and Framer, and contribute to improving user experience across websites. **What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)** - Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI components using Figma - Create and iterate designs based on feedback and requirements - Build and experiment with designs using Framer - Improve user experience by refining layouts, flows, and interactions - Work closely with the team to understand requirements and deliver designs - Ensure designs are clean, consistent, and user-friendly - Assist in documenting design systems, components, and workflows **What You’ll Learn** - Real-world UI/UX design for websites and digital products - Working with Figma and Framer in practical projects - Design thinking, user flows, and usability principles - How to create conversion-focused and user-friendly designs - Collaboration with teams in a startup environment **Training & Mentorship** - Structured onboarding with step-by-step guidance - Hands-on training in Figma and Framer workflows - Feedback on designs and improvement suggestions - Weekly review sessions and mentorship - Exposure to real design projects and use cases
