Need 2 hours on supabase RLS. login is leaking other users' rows

next.js app, policies look fine on paper but a logged-in user can still read another org's jobs if they guess the id. i've been in the dashboard since morning. want someone to sit on a call, look at the policies with me, and tell me what i missed. not looking for a rewrite.
