The Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build intelligent, agent-driven systems that power real-world workflows. This role focuses on applied AI and agentic architectures—building systems that can reason, retrieve information, and take actions across structured and unstructured environments. ⸻

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered features using large language models (LLMs)
• Build agentic workflows that can plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks
• Develop systems for context-aware conversations and task orchestration
• Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, and data systems
• Build retrieval and knowledge systems to support grounded AI responses (RAG)
• Implement tool use / function calling / action execution layers
• Design guardrails, validation, and fallback mechanisms for reliability
• Work on multi-agent or modular AI systems for complex workflows
• Evaluate and improve AI outputs using structured testing and feedback loops

Requirements

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML systems
