Jayakumari Logistics Pvt Ltd We are Hiring! The Opportunity This is an end-to-end product engineering role—not a research-only or dashboard-only role. You will help build multiple internal AI products that improve supply-chain processes, logistics operations, commercial workflows, and day-to-day internal efficiency. You will work across frontend, backend, AI workflows, integrations, and product delivery. Claude Code and Codex will be core development tools in your workflow, alongside sound engineering judgment, testing, and ownership. Key Responsibilities · Build and ship end-to-end internal web products for logistics, supply-chain, commercial, and operational teams. · Develop clear frontend interfaces and dependable backend services, APIs, and database-backed workflows. · Design and build multi-step agentic AI workflows that automate commercial operations, including task tracking, competitive pricing analysis, campaign performance monitoring, and marketing-spend optimisation. · Build human-in-the-loop interfaces that allow business users to review, approve, or override AI-generated recommendations before action is taken. · Integrate AI agents with internal data platforms, ERP systems, CRM tools, and third-party APIs so they can access the data required to make useful recommendations. · Create AI-powered automations and decision-support tools that improve accuracy, speed, visibility, and process consistency. · Use Claude Code and Codex to prototype, build, test, debug, and improve production-ready products responsibly. · Partner with operations and business users to understand workflow pain points, define practical solutions, and measure results after launch.
