Neander is building the next-generation development environment for modern teams — a multiplayer, AI-native IDE where business and engineering teams build software together. We believe software creation shouldn’t be a single-player activity. Today, ideas move from business → product → engineering through tickets and handoffs. We’re collapsing that gap. Our platform helps teams think, spec, and build software collaboratively, translating business intent directly into production systems. We’re a funded, early-stage team founded by former CTOs who have built and scaled large systems — bringing deep, first-hand insight into how modern software is actually built.

What You’ll Work On

Build agentic workflows that translate business intent into technical execution Design systems where multiple users + AI agents collaborate in real-time Work on AI-assisted architecture, planning, and code generation systems Develop core primitives for a collaborative, multiplayer IDE Shape how non-technical users interact with and build production software

What We’re Looking For

Strong engineering fundamentals

Experience with LLMs / AI systems

Ability to build end-to-end systems Comfort with ambiguity and first-principles thinking High ownership and speed _Bonus_: Devtools / IDE experience Real-time collaboration systems Startup or product-building experience
