Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst who can generate international business opportunities and bring software development projects from clients across the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and other global markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing deals for IT services. This is a commission-based opportunity, offering attractive incentives based on successful project closures.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities from international markets.
Find potential clients through Linked In, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, email campaigns, networking, and other lead generation platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates in coordination with the technical team.
Conduct discovery calls, online meetings, and presentations with prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope.
Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of IT services, software development, and digital solutions.

Experience in international sales or business development.

Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, Apollo, and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in International Business Development, IT Sales, or Software Sales. Candidates with proven experience generating international software projects will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI/ML, Cloud, Dev Ops, UI/UX, or Custom Software Development services.

Knowledge of proposal writing and project estimation.

Experience with CRM tools such as Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
