Most internships put you in a function. This one puts you in the company. You'll sit in the Founder's Office — not adjacent to decisions, inside them. One week you might be sizing a market for our next enterprise pitch. The next, you're in a sales call taking notes that turn into the follow-up strategy. The week after, you're stress-testing a hiring rubric or pulling apart a competitor's positioning before a board update. This is for someone who wants to know what it actually takes to build a company — not the Linked In version, the real one.
STRATEGY — Market sizing, competitive analysis, pricing logic, board deck inputs. SALES & GTM — Prep for enterprise conversations, deal research, follow-up structuring. MARKETING — Positioning, messaging, content that explains what Planso actually does. PRODUCT — Sitting in on user research, translating specialist feedback into product decisions. HIRING — Building interview processes, screening candidates, sitting in on real interviews. You won't be assigned a lane and told to stay in it. The work moves with whatever the company needs that month — because that's what working in a founder's office actually means.
You're seriously considering building something of your own someday — this is a closer look at what that actually requires.
