The Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to own the visual identity of the Triumph brand. This is a foundational role on our marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. You will be the driving force behind creating a consistent, modern, and compelling brand image across all our marketing channels. While you'll start as a solo designer on the marketing team, you'll work closely with our Lead Designer, Travis, to ensure brand cohesion across the entire company.
What You'll Do
- Brand Stewardship: Take ownership of the Triumph brand guidelines. You will refine, modernize, and ensure consistency across all visual assets, from our website to our social media presence.
- Ad Creation: Design a high volume of "crazy good" static display ads for various platforms, including Meta, Google, and programmatic networks. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning ads that drive user acquisition.
- Merchandise and Physical Products: Lead the design for a new line of merchandise and physical products. You'll have the creative freedom to experiment with different product types and bring the Triumph brand to life in the physical world.
- Marketing Collateral: Create a wide range of marketing materials as needed by the team. This could include social media graphics, email templates, and more.
