Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in the rapidly growing field of crypto and fintech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, extracting actionable insights, and helping drive data-informed decisions across the company. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret large data sets related to cryptocurrency transactions, market trends, and customer behavior.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support real-time decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, develop queries, and provide insights for new initiatives.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to discover patterns, trends, and insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience improvements.
Monitor market movements and competitor activity within the crypto and fintech space to provide competitive insights.
Identify and validate new data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all analytics platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within a fintech, crypto, or financial services company.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for querying and analyzing large datasets.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
Familiarity with blockchain data sources and crypto transaction analysis is a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of financial modeling and experience with predictive analytics.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency market behavior.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance within fintech.
