Role Overview

As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you will architect and develop scalable applications powering our AI-driven financial intelligence platform. You’ll directly influence strategic decisions, shape our engineering culture, and collaborate closely with the founding team and top financial domain experts. Responsibilities

Build, scale, and maintain full-stack web applications to enterprise-grade standards.
Architect systems designed for high concurrency, security, and reliability in financial services.
Lead critical technical decisions involving infrastructure, deployment, and security practices.
Regularly engage with customers and senior finance executives to deeply understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Establish robust engineering processes and mentor a growing technical team.
Stay current with advancements in AI, web technologies, and enterprise security, ensuring Bynd remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

Must-haves

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years full-stack development experience, ideally at an early-stage product company.
Expertise in React, Typescript, Python, and modern web frameworks.

Experience with Azure/AWS, Dev Ops practices, and both SQL and No SQL databases.

Strong understanding of enterprise-grade security principles and practices.

Preferred

Prior experience with AI/ML applications, especially LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Background in fintech or handling sensitive financial data.
Proven ability to build products from scratch (0 to 1 experience).
