Our customers—including Fortune 500s like Mass Mutual—use Feathery to power mission-critical workflows such as customer onboarding, insurance underwriting and quoting, claims, loan applications, and payments. We’re looking for a frontend engineer who enjoys building intuitive, performant user interfaces and wants to take ownership of product features end-to-end. If you’ve spent a couple years working with React or other modern frontend frameworks, and you’re excited about solving UX challenges and contributing to a fast-moving product team, this role is a great fit.

About the Role

As a frontend engineer, you’ll help drive the development of our visual form builder and customer-facing platform. You’ll work closely with product, design, and solutions teams to build features that directly improve user experience and unlock new use cases. You’ll own meaningful parts of the product and contribute to architectural decisions as we scale. We value speed, simplicity, and a strong sense of ownership. About You

• You have 1–3+ years of experience building frontend applications in React or a similar framework.
• You’re comfortable taking a feature from idea to production—building UI, handling edge cases, and collaborating across teams.
• You care about creating polished, accessible, and intuitive user experiences.
• You write clean, maintainable code and have a solid grasp of Java Script/Type Script fundamentals.
• Bonus: Experience with drag-and-drop interfaces, data-heavy UIs, or visual editors.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement new features in our drag-and-drop form builder and workflow platform.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of our frontend systems.
• Work closely with product and design to create smooth and intuitive user interactions.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data models cleanly.
