3DISC is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions that support our digital dentistry ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that impact dental professionals worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications and software solutions.
Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern Java Script frameworks.
Develop and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and database architectures.
Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
Troubleshoot software issues and implement effective solutions.
Contribute to software architecture decisions and technical planning.
Integrate cloud services and third-party APIs as needed.
Maintain technical documentation and development best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.

Strong proficiency in Java Script, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience developing back-end applications using Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.

Experience working with SQL and No SQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Git version control and Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare, medical technology, Saa S, or dental software products.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
