We are India's financial friend. We help salaried professionals make better money decisions across loans, insurance, and investments with clarity, dignity, and zero jargon. Just a cleaner, simpler way to borrow, protect, and grow your money. We are building a brand that salaried Indians actually trust with their money. Which means our design has to actually mean something. Every pixel either builds trust or breaks it.
You will be one of the hands that builds how Credit Mitra looks. Not "execute what someone else designed." We mean contribute to building the visual language of a brand from the ground up — and grow with it. Social creatives, ad assets, illustration, short-form video — you will be in all of it. Specifically: Execute and contribute to the brand. We are early. A lot of our visual identity is still being figured out, and you will be part of figuring it out. You will work on social collaterals, ad creatives, landing page visuals, hiring posts, and product launch assets across loans, insurance, and investments. Illustrate. This is important. We are building a character universe - an avatar who defines India's Financial Friend, a world around them, and visual metaphors that make money feel warm instead of cold. If you can sketch, draw, and have a point of view on illustration style, you are ahead of most people applying for this role. Or if you know people who get this done, cool! Video. Short-form video is half our content engine. You will cut reels, add motion and text, sync to trending audio, and make content look sharp without looking over-produced. You do not need to be a full-blown motion designer, but you need to be comfortable in an edit timeline. Move fast. When marketing has an idea on Monday, it needs to be live by Wednesday. We do not wait a week for one creative. You ship, take feedback, and reship. Build for scale, not just for now. Learn to work within systems - templates, components, and rules that make good design repeatable. The goal is not to make one great post. It is to make every post look right.
A generalist in the making. You do not need to have mastered everything- but you need to be curious across branding, illustration, social, and video, not boxed into just one of them. Someone who can actually draw. Illustration is not a nice-to-have here. If you lean on Freepik for everything, this role is probably not for you. Sketchers, doodlers, and people with a personal illustration style will have a real advantage. Someone who ships. You do not disappear for three days to perfect one frame. You put something out, get feedback, and improve it. Speed and openness to iteration matter as much as craft at this stage. Someone who likes the office. We are building a small, in-person team in Hyderabad because design moves faster when you can sketch, review, and revise in the same room. If you want a remote job, we are not it. Someone who wants to grow into ownership. This is not a seat-warmer role. If you do well, you will have real say in how the brand looks — not just execute someone else's vision forever.
