Tech Echo is looking for a creative and fast-moving Junior Graphic Designer to work across multiple brands and digital projects. You'll create designs for social media, e-commerce, websites, advertising campaigns and other digital marketing requirements. We're looking for someone who has a strong visual sense, can work quickly, understands references well, and knows how to use both traditional design software and modern AI tools effectively. This is a hands-on creative role. Your portfolio and practical skills matter more to us than your degree.
Design social media posts, stories and carousels Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta and other platforms Design website banners and promotional graphics Create e-commerce and product creatives Edit and manipulate product images Create vector graphics and design assets Work with different brands and adapt to their individual visual styles Use AI tools for image generation, ideation and faster creative workflows Follow references and brand guidelines accurately Create basic video edits when required Work closely with the marketing team to create performance-focused creatives Handle multiple creative requirements and deliver them on time
Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva Strong understanding of typography, colors, spacing, composition and visual hierarchy Social media and digital advertising design Image editing and manipulation Vector design Good understanding of current design trends
Ability to use AI as part of the creative workflow Basic Adobe Premiere Pro knowledge Strong attention to detail Ability to understand and recreate references accurately Ability to work quickly without compromising design quality
Figma Adobe After Effects Motion graphics Packaging design Shopify/e-commerce design experience Product photography editing
You'll be a good fit if you: Have a strong creative eye Can come up with ideas instead of always waiting for detailed instructions Understand what makes a design look professional rather than generic Can work across different brand identities Are comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions Keep yourself updated with new design trends and AI tools Can balance creativity with speed Care about small details like alignment, typography and spacing
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Final compensation will depend on your portfolio, practical skills, creativity and experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Shortlisted candidates may receive a small design assignment to evaluate creativity, execution and ability to follow a brief.
