Role Overview

We’re looking for a Designer who sees design as a storytelling superpower—someone with a sharp eye for aesthetics, taste for originality, and the ability to bring head-turning creative to B2B sales and marketing content. You’ll translate complex ideas into visuals that surprise, clarify, and elevate the message—never just decorate it. You’ll shape how Magi shows up across decks, campaigns, content, and brand—and you’ll also create high-impact design for our customers across industries. This is a rare chance to define a visual language that not only sets our brand apart, but also inspires how B2B marketing can look and feel in the age of AI. You’ll be especially successful if you:

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Storytelling: Turn narratives and insights into bold, clear visual experiences across campaigns, presentations, and content.
• Sales & Marketing Design: Build standout assets—decks, case studies, thought leadership visuals, landing pages, and more—for Magi and for our customers.
• Brand Expression: Shape and evolve Magi’s visual identity, developing a brand system that’s expressive, flexible, and scalable.
• Customer-Facing Design: Design content across different verticals and use cases, helping showcase the full potential of Magi’s platform through real-world creative.
• Design Systems & Templates: Build templates, guidelines, and modular assets that others (including AI) can use to stay on-brand and move quickly.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with content, product marketing, and leadership to align on narratives and ensure visuals amplify the message.

Qualifications and Attributes

• 3–6 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design (agency or in-house)
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling, taste, and conceptual thinking in a B2B or editorial context

Experience designing assets for marketing and sales, including campaigns, decks, and customer communications

• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy—especially across digital and presentation formats
• Ability to adapt visual style and messaging across different industries and buyer types
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools, motion design, or enterprise software storytelling
