About Cruitical

Cruitical is an AI-native hiring platform that lets companies see how a candidate actually works before the first interview, through deep candidate profiles and hands-on work trials in a lifelike sandbox. We're backed by Founders Inc. and partner with a growing set of venture-backed startups hiring for roles like this one.

About the role

Product Designers own the whole arc, from a fuzzy problem to a shipped screen. You'd talk to users, work out what is actually broken, and design the thing that fixes it, often with no PM sitting in between.

What we usually look for

A portfolio that shows the thinking, not only the final screens; what the problem was, what you tried, what you killed
Fluency in Figma, and comfort working close to or inside the codebase
Range across research, interaction and visual craft rather than depth in only one of them
Opinions about the product, and the willingness to argue for them with engineers and founders
Speed in the messy early stage, with the taste to know when something needs another pass

Why apply here

Apply once, and we match you to the right-fit startups in our network. You get evaluated on what you can do, you get real feedback either way, and warm intros to founders when there's a fit. No resume black holes, no reapplying to ten companies one at a time, no repetitive take-homes, no ghosting.
