About the role
At Klaviyo, we're building the platform that helps businesses create and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale, powered by first-party data. We're looking for product designers to help shape that future. This role focuses on delivering polished, user-centered designs for a defined product area by improving usability, reducing friction, and helping customers move faster and make better decisions. We share work early, iterate often, and prioritize curiosity, collaboration, and craft.
