Product Designer

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in Product Design, Design Engineering, or Design Technology roles
• A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work, systems thinking, and technical depth
• Curious, driven problem-solver
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Comfort working in or alongside modern front-end frameworks (React, design systems, prototyping in code, etc.)
• Proven experience in one or more of the following:
• Understanding of modern application architectures
• B2B or B2C Saa S with a metrics-driven methodology
• Design systems and component libraries
• Content, brand, or event/tradeshow design

Experience designing user-facing AI or data-driven workflows (LLMs, automation, or intelligent assistance) is a plus; deep ML expertise is not required

Experience designing for marketing surfaces (web, brand, and campaign design) preferred but not required

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required

Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
