We're looking for a seasoned design leader to set the strategic direction for our design practice, elevate our craft and culture, and shape how design shows up across the company. This is not a people-management role in the traditional sense — it's a Lead IC position for someone who influences through vision, judgment, and mentorship rather than headcount. You'll partner directly with product, engineering, and executive leadership to define where design needs to go, and you'll bring the rest of the team with you by setting the bar, coaching others up to it, and being the voice of design at the table where strategy gets decided. We're looking for experienced ICs to to own and elevate our design quality bar and culture, drive new components, and take end-to-end ownership of the marketing page, web app, or ongoing core features. 6+ YOE in consumer tech, a track record of shipping at scale, and a strong point of view on mindful design and efficient EPD process.
