What We're Looking For (Mandatory)

Direct loyalty experience in fintech, banking, or channel loyalty. This is non-negotiable for the role. Hands-on AI skills—practical experience applying AI tools and capabilities in a product context. 3–10 years of experience in a product role, or a combination of product, technology, or design roles. Hands-on experience as a developer or designer within a product team.

Experience owning product work independently, from ideation through execution.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail. Willingness to work from our Bangalore office in a hybrid setup.

Nice to Have

Experience as a founder or co-founder, at any stage or company size.
