About the Role

We are seeking an innovative, forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design team as an AI-native design specialist. This is a dedicated Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on driving design excellence, visual depth, and campaign innovation by leveraging modern design technology and AI-augmented workflows. In this role, you will be the hands-on creator behind our most critical marketing assets - from high-stakes campaign visuals and interactive industry reports to brand identity evolutions. As our design team’s AI power-user, you will test and adopt advanced AI tools into your daily creation workflow to elevate visual depth, speed, and output volume. Key Responsibilities

• High-Impact Execution & Strategic Prioritization: Own the visual strategy and hands-on execution for flagship marketing campaigns, major reports, and tier-1 brand initiatives. Strategically maneuver between competing projects to minimize negative impact and suggest scope trade-offs to balance tight deadlines.
• Agile Creative Delivery & Iteration: Break down complex creative briefs into manageable chunks, launch rapid design MVPs/concepts, and iterate based on real feedback until performance results are achieved.
• AI-Augmented Design & Innovation: Integrate advanced AI tools (e.g., automated design critiques, generative visual modeling, brand guideline validation) into your daily workflows. Target new AI-driven methods to solve longstanding design challenges and facilitate creative innovation across marketing.
• Data Fluency & Performance Optimization: Bring design performance data to tactical and strategic discussions. Continually measure audience responsiveness to design through metrics and adapt assets based on direct performance insights.
• System Design & Influencing Quality: Establish design quality standards, asset template systems, and brand guidelines that influence how other teams approach design, enabling junior designers and marketers to maintain brand consistency effortlessly.
• Ownership & Proactive Communication: Take full ownership of critical creative decisions. Communicate clearly through documentation and guides, build trusted working relationships with marketing leadership, and maintain proactive communication with all team partners.

Team Uplift & Collaborative Attitude: Maintain a positive, problem-solving attitude during fast-paced challenges, helping elevate the overall team's delivery quality through peer sharing and exemplary execution.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Senior Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced Saa S or tech marketing environment (In-house Saa S/tech background required; agency experience excluded).
• Level 3 Autonomy & Prioritization: Proven track record of independently breaking down abstract briefs, managing scope constraints, and driving high-impact initiatives from concept through execution.
• Data Fluency: Practical experience bringing data/metrics into creative discussions and demonstrating how design iterations directly improved campaign results.
• AI & Tool Mastery: Deep practical expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and generative AI tools/frameworks (e.g., Claude, Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Figma AI, or custom prompts) to accelerate output speed and visual depth.
• Agile Execution Mindset: Comfort with launching early visual concepts (MVPs) quickly and systematically iterating based on user response and feedback.
• Exceptional Communication & Documentation: Ability to document design approaches, build clear visual guidelines, articulate creative decisions confidently to leadership, and partner seamlessly across distributed teams.
• Growth & Expertise Orientation: Deep curiosity for design technology and marketing trends, actively pursuing deeper domain expertise and sharing insights with peers.
