Own product design end to end across mobile and desktop, from wireframes to accessible, production-ready handoff, and maintain the design system as it scales. Deliver to engineering as Figma links within JIRA user stories, then work alongside engineers through implementation, protecting design intent to release. Partner with the founders and C-suite to turn strategic intent into concrete interface decisions. Use AI tooling to compress the design cycle from concept to code - shipping more in less time. Extend design into promotional assets: pitch decks, website, promo videos with voiceover, and other marketing material. Work independently while contributing to brainstorms with product and marketing leads. Run lightweight user research and usability testing, feeding findings back into your work.
Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years designing digital products end to end, with a mobile and desktop portfolio. Expert in Figma, with a proven ability to build and run a design system from scratch. Demonstrated AI-driven throughput gains in your day-to-day, such as faster wireframe-to-prototype turnaround or design-to-code handoff. Takes ownership through to the finished UI, working with engineers to test and refine the build until it matches the design exactly.
