Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services and APIs that power real-time interactions and e-commerce workflows. Write efficient Postgre SQL queries and implement smart Redis caching strategies to keep latency low and system throughput high. Collaborate on managing cloud infrastructure on GCP, ensuring our services remain cost-effective, robust, and highly available. Work closely with frontend/Flutter engineers and product stakeholders to break down feature requirements into solid, clean backend implementation. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code while participating in constructive code reviews to level up the overall engineering standard.
Minimum 2+ years of professional software development experience, ideally within a fast-paced product startup environment. Strong proficiency in Node.js (Java Script/Type Script). You know how to structure an application, handle asynchronous flows, and design robust REST or Web Socket APIs. Solid hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgre SQL) and caching layers (Redis). You understand indexing, query optimization, and data consistency. You take complete accountability for your code from development to production. You don’t just write code; you ensure it works seamlessly at scale.
