Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Type Script
- Develop and maintain RESTful and/or Graph QL APIs
- Collaborate with frontend teams using React to build efficient user-facing features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Optimize performance across APIs, services, and databases
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards
- Work with Dev Ops to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Type Script
Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
- Solid understanding of React or fullstack development
- Good knowledge of databases (Postgre SQL or No SQL) and performance optimization
Experience with REST and/or Graph QL API design
- Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with Redis (caching, rate limiting)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Understanding of microservices or distributed systems
- Knowledge of security best practices and authentication systems
