About Troopod

Troopod is an AI-native website growth partner for leading consumer brands, founded by the former core team of billion-dollar companies. We help brands improve website performance, conversion, and ad-to-landing page experience through a combination of human expertise and AI-led execution. We work with 100+ D2C brands including Colgate, Damensch, Wonderchef, Obvi, Natural Salon, and BSC across India, UK, and USA.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, fast, and execution-obsessed UI Designer who lives and breathes ecommerce design. You'll be working on real D2C brand websites every single day — designing landing pages, PDPs, homepages, and full website experiences that actually convert. If you're someone who can open Figma and deliver pixel-perfect work fast, knows how to use AI to move even faster, and has a genuine eye for what makes ecommerce design work — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Design Execution

• Design high-quality UI for ecommerce websites — homepages, PDPs, collection pages, landing pages, cart and checkout flows
• Work from wireframes and briefs provided by the lead designer or account manager
• Deliver pixel-perfect, dev-ready Figma files consistently and on time
• Maintain design consistency across multiple brand identities simultaneously
• Handle end-to-end design for projects when required

AI-Powered Workflow

• Use AI design tools to speed up execution without compromising quality
• Know when to use AI and when not to — quality and brand integrity come first
• Continuously explore and adopt new AI tools that make the team faster
