**Full Stack Developer** Alpharetta, GA · Full-time · $110k–$135k **About the role** Build scalable, AI-powered healthcare software end to end — Python backend, React/Next.js frontend, and LLM-integrated workflows — with room to shape architecture and mentor a growing team. **What you'll do** - Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and data pipelines in Python, using microservices and cloud-native architectures - Develop web applications and dashboards (React/Next.js or similar) that surface backend and AI functionality to internal and external users - Integrate and refine LLM workflows — prompt engineering, model orchestration, and backend/UX pipelines for intelligent healthcare solutions - Implement secure, high-performance, maintainable system designs that evolve with business and healthcare needs - Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, CI/CD automation, observability, and performance optimization - Guide technology decisions, frameworks, and best practices; lead and mentor junior and offshore engineers - Partner with Product, UX/UI, and data analytics teams to define requirements and ship intuitive, scalable experiences - Produce technical documentation and architectural diagrams for system enhancements
