About the role

Build scalable, AI-powered healthcare software end to end — Python backend, React/Next.js frontend, and LLM-integrated workflows — with room to shape architecture and mentor a growing team.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs, services, and data pipelines in Python, using microservices and cloud-native architectures
• Develop web applications and dashboards (React/Next.js or similar) that surface backend and AI functionality to internal and external users
• Integrate and refine LLM workflows — prompt engineering, model orchestration, and backend/UX pipelines for intelligent healthcare solutions
• Implement secure, high-performance, maintainable system designs that evolve with business and healthcare needs
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, CI/CD automation, observability, and performance optimization
• Guide technology decisions, frameworks, and best practices; lead and mentor junior and offshore engineers
• Partner with Product, UX/UI, and data analytics teams to define requirements and ship intuitive, scalable experiences
• Produce technical documentation and architectural diagrams for system enhancements

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of software engineering with a strong focus on backend development in Python (Node.js a plus)
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Next.js, Vue, or similar) for full-stack delivery
