Enflix is a mobile app for short vertical dramas made for India. You will own the design system and lead the visual language of the app. We have a starting aesthetic (deep red, glass style) that needs to become a real Figma library, map cleanly to Flutter, and improve through user testing. You will work with one designer who handles screen level execution. **What you'll do** - Own the Figma design system: components, tokens, variants, documentation - Turn the brand into a mobile system that scales to 50+ screens - Own the Explore feed and vertical swipe player UX - Keep design tokens in sync with the Flutter codebase, with engineering - Run visual QA before releases **Must have** - 4 to 6 years in product design, 2+ at a senior or lead level - A portfolio with consumer mobile apps - Strong Figma: components, auto layout, variables, prototyping - Shipped a design system engineers actually used - Can prototype real interactions **Nice to have** - Vertical video, social feed, or paywall design - Indian content app work (Hindi first, regional languages) - Motion design or Lottie Hybrid from Bengaluru.
