Enflix is a mobile app for short vertical dramas made for India. You will own the design system and lead the visual language of the app. We have a starting aesthetic (deep red, glass style) that needs to become a real Figma library, map cleanly to Flutter, and improve through user testing. You will work with one designer who handles screen level execution.

What you'll do

Own the Figma design system: components, tokens, variants, documentation
Turn the brand into a mobile system that scales to 50+ screens
Own the Explore feed and vertical swipe player UX
Keep design tokens in sync with the Flutter codebase, with engineering
Run visual QA before releases

Must have

4 to 6 years in product design, 2+ at a senior or lead level
A portfolio with consumer mobile apps
Strong Figma: components, auto layout, variables, prototyping
Shipped a design system engineers actually used
Can prototype real interactions

Nice to have

Vertical video, social feed, or paywall design
Indian content app work (Hindi first, regional languages)
Motion design or Lottie
