Design intuitive user interfaces for product screens, dashboards, forms, and data-heavy workflows that solve real customer problems. • Assist in mapping user journeys for different user roles (operators, supervisors, and business owners) and translate them into seamless product experiences. • Convert complex business processes such as inventory management, costing, and approval workflows into clear wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. • Participate in user research and usability testing sessions, identify friction points, and help improve the experience through iterative design updates. • Contribute to the design system by creating and maintaining components, interaction patterns, and visual standards that ensure consistency across the product. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into user-centered design solutions. • Support the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation
