- Assist in mapping user journeys for different user roles (operators, supervisors, and business owners) and translate
them into seamless product experiences.
- Convert complex business processes such as inventory management, costing, and approval workflows into clear
wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Participate in user research and usability testing sessions, identify friction points, and help improve the experience
through iterative design updates.
- Contribute to the design system by creating and maintaining components, interaction patterns, and visual standards
that ensure consistency across the product.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into
