About the role
The Role
Ownpath Studios is looking for a Visual Designer – Merchandise to help create distinctive merchandise, apparel, and branded products for leading brands across automotive, mobility, sports, and lifestyle sectors. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys bringing brands to life beyond digital experiences. You'll work on everything from apparel graphics and teamwear to event merchandise, collectibles, accessories, and branded kits. We're looking for someone with a strong visual design foundation who also understands materials, fabrication methods, production processes, and how great merchandise is brought to life.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, merchandise design, apparel graphics, or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing merchandise, apparel, sports, lifestyle, automotive, or brand-related work
- Exceptional eye for typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of print techniques, including screen printing, sublimation, embroidery, heat transfer, appliqué, and other production methods
- Familiarity with fabrics, materials, trims, fabrication processes, and how graphic designs translate onto physical products
- Ability to translate brand identities into cohesive merchandise collections and physical experiences
Experience preparing production-ready artwork, specifications, and files for vendors and manufacturing partners
- Ability to create commercially viable merchandise concepts while maintaining strong brand alignment
